Eva Mendes: Most Desirable Woman Of 2009
By Wyatt Earp | January 22, 2009
Yeah, you won’t hear much argument from me, although I think Anne Hathaway should be listed higher than number five.
Although she began 2008 at the Cirque Lodge rehab facility in Utah, Eva Mendes emerged to have a solid year. Her films included “The Women” and Frank Miller’s “The Spirit,” and as the new face of Calvin Klein Fragrances, she shot a promo deemed to be too sizzling for American television. In 2009, she’ll star in “Bad Lieutenant” opposite Nicolas Cage, and she’ll also play a drug smuggler bent on revenge in “Queen of the South.” (H/T - )
Well guys, is Eva the “most desirable?” Let the arguments commence . . .

Did you ever see the original “Bad Lieutenant” with Harvey Keitel? I found it very difficult to sit through the entire thing.
And does your wife know where you are??
How ’bout them Eagles?

No, I wouldn’t call Eva Mendes the most desirable; I’d put her at number three. I say Catherine Bell & Liv Tyler are more desirable. I would put Anne Hathaway at number four and round out the top 5 list with Salma Hayek.
BZ, I saw Bad Lieutenant as well, and the most difficult part of the film to sit through was Harvey Keitel’s full frontal moment. Ugh!

Most desirable? Who gets to research this? And how do we get in on the gig?

Desirable, but Top Three?

“Sand Saref”
I can hear all the typographers chortling from here. A less “in” joke than HAL in 2001 perhaps.

I got a serious thing for her. Whenever she’s on I get distracted… She’s the kind of woman who’d have me robbing banks and driving the getaway car if only for a long weekend.

I’ll use the line from the movie “100 Girls” (Very funny and features the uber hot Emmanuelle Chriqui;

BZ - Full frontal from Keitel is not my idea of a good time at the movies.
Morgan - I love Catherine Bell, but wouldn’t put Liv above Eva.
Doghouse - I got us covered, chief. I submitted our names to the company.
Teqjack - I’d give her Top Ten, but not Top Three, and yes, I enjoyed the snark of “Sand Saref.”
Captain - And when your Firebird is completed, you’ll have a great getaway car.
Robert - Fantastic!!!
B.A. - I really like Winslet - and the accent is fabulous. Tina Fey? She’s okay, but not great.
