Darth Vader: Bank Robber
By Wyatt Earp | July 24, 2010
What, did you really think that he can build a Death Star by relying solely upon taxes? Jedi, please!
Long Island may be far from the Death Star, but that didn’t stop Darth Vader from paying a less-than-friendly visit to a bank in East Setauket, New York. Or at least he looked like Darth Vader, except for the camouflage pants.
The costumed man, with a mask and cape, entered a Chase bank Thursday morning and demanded cash. Although he didn’t have a lightsaber, his gun was more than enough to persuade the teller to hand over the money. (H/T – Smite)
Witnesses said that before fleeing the scene, Vader told an overweight female teller, “I find your lack of bra disturbing.”

Obi “Won” taught him well. And he didn’t need congress to pass a law to rob that bank.

That graphic of the unemployed stormtrooper Ed and Allahpundit keep posting over at Hot Air – “Unemployment: Sucks when your job gets blow’d up” – comes to mind.
First Darth is hawking Tom-Toms, and now he’s reduced to bank robbery. Can’t even buy a matching pair of pants.
What next, panhandling?

That is just hilarious!
How could the people that were there keep from laughing?

Wes S. – Now that the Empire is no more, it’s quite possible.
Trish – Sad that that was the best idea of a disguise this moron could come up with.
Proof – Heh. Nice one.
Crusty – Nah, The Situation has much better abs than this guy.
