Apparently, the shooters were Mexican smugglers. .
When will the people of this country realize that every illegal immigrant is a criminal? Their very first decision upon entering this country was to break our laws. Why should they get any consideration at all? But hey, let’s just push the DREAM Act right through.
A U.S. Border Patrol agent was shot dead by suspected smugglers close to the Mexico border in southern Arizona and four suspects have been arrested, authorities said on Wednesday.
Agent Brian A. Terry, 40, was shot dead after he confronted several suspects while on duty in a mountainous area a few miles northwest of the border city of Nogales late on Tuesday night, local and federal police said.
Arizona Governor Jan Brewer ordered state flags flown at half staff in tribute to Terry, a Marine Corps veteran from Detroit, Michigan, who served in the Border Patrol’s Tucson sector.
I wonder how many agents will have to die before Obama, Holder, and Napolitano take the necessary action needed to seal the border? Godspeed, Agent Terry. Thank you for your service.

It was also 10 miles from the border into US territory so, ‘close to the border’, is probably damage control rhetoric. Holder is probably drawing up the papers to grant the 4 caught amnesty by now and with Napalitono going there even as we type, it confirms to me that ‘propaganda damage control’ is all they have on their minds, or possibly to confront Brewer and chew her out for allowing our agents to return fire. After all aren’t they (our border agents) there: undermanned, underequipped, and not backed by Washington, to die for the greater glory of this adminstrations policy of doing…NOTHING!!
Another report I saw said they were following a blood trail
for awhile before they lost it. So with luck the one or ones hit will die a slow painful bleedout in the hot desert
and be food for the Hela monsters.

Border Patrol Agent Brian A. Terry died while on an interdiction mission on bandits. The bandits were armed, and put up a fight. Agent Terry wounded one of the four arrested. Sadly, he took a round and died.
The manhunt continues for the fifth subject. The FBI leads the investigation, and the trackers in the Border Patrol are following this subject.
BPA Terry was a member of the Border Patrol Tactical Unit (BORTAC) for the Tucson Sector. He worked out of the Naco, AZ Border Patrol Station. He had three years of Border Patrol service following an exemplary career in the United States Marine Corps. He is survived by his parents and siblings.

TUCSON, AZ (KOLD) – The family is planning visitation and funeral plans for border patrol agent Brian Terry, gunned down during a shootout with suspected border bandits Tuesday night northwest of Rio Rico, in Peck Canyon.
Services will take place in Brownstown, Michigan, a suburb of Detroit where Terry grew up.
Visitation will be held at John Molnar Funeral Home in Brownstown next Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
Terry’s funeral will be held on Wednesday, but those plans have not been finalized.
